Gemma's meditation guides you while simultaneously teaching you the subtlety of the practice.  Once we allow ourselves to rest our awareness on the mantra we are giving ourselves permission to be lead inward to the depth of self.  Our mantra, Soham, means, 'I am that' referring to the unbounded self.  This meditation offers the opportunity to be lead to and experience the unbounded self, the essences of self.
